Our Group

We are The Enclave Expeditionary Forces or EEF for short, a military roleplaying group themed after the enclave faction of the Fallout game franchise

We are mainly based in the game Fallout 76 and our main hub of communications is located in our Discord server. The EEF's Discord server has a fleshed-out rank system modeled after the real-life united states marine corps. Members are organized into units to create a formidable and highly organized fighting force, the U.S. Marine Corps or USMC. Our community also features a powerful member-run moderator branch, they keep our member base safe from hackers, raiders, and nukers. This is the Bureau of Un-American Affairs, or BUA for short. The Enclave's member base consists of people from many different parts of the world, and each of them possess their own respective set of skills that benefit the group as a whole. Each member of the Enclave Expeditionary Forces assists the rebuilding of America, today and tomorrow; together we build a stronger America.

History of the Enclave

The world shattered on October 23rd, 2077. In the wake of the nuclear onslaught wrought by the Great War, chaos reigned supreme. Cities were reduced to ashes, infrastructures collapsed, the proud race of mankind stood on the brink of annihilation, and the very fabric of civilization unraveled.Amidst the nuclear devastation, Fleet Admiral Johnathan Lincoln Swedenborg af. Norfolk found himself at Mayport Naval Station. Presuming himself to be the last surviving General Officer, and member of the Enclave, his task became clear. He was faced with an almost impossible mission: rebuilding America.With limited resources and time, the Fleet Admiral and his surviving navy men formed the Enclave Expeditionary Forces, an organization aimed at preserving and rebuilding what remained of the United States.Reaching Norfolk in the late 21st Century, the Enclave began reigniting the embers of society, by rebuilding the Wasteland and the Federal Government. With the Fleet Admiral as their President, the Enclave has never been stronger, nor more united.

The Supreme Pan-American Command, or SUPAC for short,

hails its origin from before the Great War. SUPAC started off as one of the United States unified combatant commands, overseeing the mid atlantic region as SUPAC-MIDLANT under the command of Fleet Admiral Swedenborg. After the war, it was repurposed to serve as the main strategic command entity overseeing the Enclave Expeditionary Forces.

Dedicated in the year 2105, Vault 100, Headquarters of the Supreme Pan-American Command is not only the seat of our Officers in the Enclave Campaign Sector Appalachia, but also stands as a monument to past missions and heroes.Vault 100 tracks its origin to the Pre War Safehouse Project, spearheaded by the Vault-Tec Corporation. The facility was designated as the new headquarters of the personnel housed in the Pentagon Pre War, to continue their work undisturbed in the case of nuclear armaggedon.With the Pre War American economy at its worst in centuries, Vault 100 was never finished, and instead saw its construction completed by the Enclave in early 2105.

Lieutenant Colonel Richard James Latimer,

Vice Commandant of the 2nd Battalion, began his service alongside President Swedenborg in Mayport, he, more than most, saw, and shared the vision that the Enclave represented. His place was in the trenches next to the marines under his command. The Enclave saw the end to his service in the year 2107, as he passed away, fighting the enemies of the Republic.His memory lives on, through the awards of the Order of R.J. Latimer for Valor, dedicated in his name, and L.A.T.I.M.E.R (Lead Administrative Terminal for Information Management & Electronic Record-keeping) a Enclave Artificial Intelligence based on his neural engram.Richard Latimer's service to the United States shall never be forgotten, his legacy lives on; through memory and monument.

Our Corps

The United States Marine Corps is an dependable, and organized military fighting force

We feature a highly realistic ranking structure all the way from Enlisted to Officers and Generals. To create an organized and disciplined fighting force, each soldier in our ranks is sorted into a battalion depending on their platform. Each Battalion is headed by a Colonel who possesses the title of Commandant-of-Arms. The Marine Corps operates in various types of military activities, these are realized in the game Fallout 76, whether it is highly organized operations or more casual War-games we can all gain something from working together in the field. to rise above the common wasters and scavengers takes time and effort. Start here - Start with structure and discipline - Start with rebuilding America. The Marine Corps' aim is to exercise the EEF's interests in West Virginia and the rest of America. We never halt in our aim to ensure safety and freedom for every liberty-loving American still out there.

Our Command

The Chain of command of the United States Armed Forces, or Military Congress of The United States is made up of three arms. The Executive arm, which consist of the Commander-in-chief and Deputy Commander-in-chief, the president and Secretary of Defense, as well as the rest of the Presidents Cabinet. The second arm, Strategic, consists of the Committee of the Joint Chiefs of Staff or JCOS, made up of the three Battalion commandants, the Battalion Vice Commandants, and the Commandant of The Marine Corps. The third branch, Disciplinary, consists of the Bureau of Un-American Affairs, or BUA for short, the Enclaves federal, and military law enforcement entity. The Bureau is followed by the Directorate of American Virtue: the Office of the Director of Un-American Affairs, who, together with his three Commissarys oversee the disciplinary affairs of the Enclave.

Our Battalion

After the Great War, most U.S. government efforts to maintain public order collapsed into futility

Looters and gangs overran the streets, seizing anything of value in the chaos that followed the bombings. Local law enforcement, overwhelmed in mere hours, was powerless to respond. While the U.S. Military and National Guard focused on securing key facilities, their efforts faltered without the logistical networks that had been reduced to ash. Almost overnight, neighbors turned against one another, fighting desperately over scraps of food. By the time the Enclave Expeditionary Forces (EEF) moved south, they found only anarchy and ruin. The counties surrounding Mayport Naval Base presented a stark contrast to this destruction, safeguarded by the base’s sophisticated "Brilliant Pebbles" satellite system.Unlike the fragmented factions that emerged in the post-apocalyptic landscape, the EEF thrived, thanks to the resources of their naval base and, more importantly, strong leadership. While others struggled for survival and resources, the EEF focused on securing a future. At the forefront was the 2nd Marine Force Recon Battalion, led by the strategic visionary commander, Lt. Col. Richard J. Latimer, who understood that brute force alone wouldn’t be enough. To win this fight for the future, one needs foresight and calculated planning. The battalion faced a battlefield unlike any they had seen before—one shaped by guerrilla warfare and fragmented resistance. Drawing on his expertise, Lt. Col. Latimer employed innovative tactics, emphasizing precision and adaptability. Instead of chasing major objectives and risking overextension, the 2nd Battalion systematically cleared towns and cities—door by door, building by building, block by block. This deliberate approach often allowed hostile forces to loot and flee in advance, but it ultimately drove them into the sea, leaving the reclaimed territories secure.As stability returned to the region, the 2nd Battalion shifted from combat operations to peacekeeping, becoming a highly disciplined law enforcement force. During these quieter times, its members formed hunting groups, taking on a new mission: eliminating Florida’s most dangerous mutants. These hunts not only honed their combat skills but also earned the EEF widespread acclaim among the civilian population, who had endured years of terror from monstrous predators. The central command center became a gallery of their triumphs, its hallways lined with the heads of slain beasts—from boat-sized gators to plane-sized vultures.When the time came to liberate Appalachia, high command suspected that the rumors of horrifying creatures in the region might hold some truth. Who better to face such threats than the renowned 2nd Battalion? As the first outposts and bases were established, reports of encounters with unknown creatures flooded in. These cryptids were more than mere wasteland abominations—they were in a class of their own.
When all other forces failed, the hunters of the 2nd Battalion were called upon, armed with the full might of the EEF arsenal. Cryptid after cryptid fell to their calculated strikes, yet for every beast they terminated, more seemed to emerge. Still, as they had done in Florida, the 2nd Battalion stood resolute. Their unwavering dedication earned them the respect of Appalachia’s initially skeptical population, who came to see them as protectors against the horrors of the new world.Whatever terrors the scorched earth may unleash—be they cryptids, mutants, or extraterrestrial threats—the brave fighters of the 2nd Battalion will rise to defend humanity, facing the dangers of this new world with unyielding resolve.

Our Bureau

The Bureau of Un-American Affairs or BUA for short, is a highly organized governmental body

Each of the Three BUA Commissary's are assigned to one of the respective battalion and they carry out their responsibilities towards the EEF on that platform. The secondary duty of the Commissary is to encourage morale, friendship and activity within the battalion. The Commissary is a inspirational role model, as well as a shoulder to lean on when you feel down. The Bureau is led by the Director with support from the Commissary's. The United States Bureau of Un-American Affairs exists to ensure the security and peace of the EEF today and tomorrow! We never halt in our aim to ensure safety and freedom for every liberty-loving American still out there.

Our Punishments

The Bureau of Un-American Affairs is tasked with many areas of the EEF's security, not least of which is the internal security of the Enclave itself. To accomplish this in reality the Bureau tasks its Commissary's with peacekeeping and law enforcement, they enforce violations of the EEF's codex of conduct according to the system below.

Bureau Special Agents

Special Agents serve as the investigative and enforcement arm of the Bureau of Un-American Affairs. Operating under the direction of the Commissaries, they are tasked with identifying threats to internal security, enforcing EEF regulations, and upholding discipline across the ranks. Special Agents conduct inquiries, gather intelligence, and execute lawful actions to preserve the integrity, loyalty, and morale of the Enclave Expeditionary Forces. Though they do not wield judicial authority, they play a critical role in building cases, advising command staff, and ensuring the Codex of Conduct is observed at every level.

The Defense Heuristics Environmental Research Agency or commonly known as the D.H.E.R.A Initiative is the Scientific infrastructure of the EEF

Founded in 2064, The Initiative is the brainchild of Dr. Annette Cade & Dr. Jeremy Brent during their tenure at Vault-Tec University, West Virginia. With funding from Appalachian Branch member Thomas Eckhart, Its studies focused on Radiobiology, Zoology, Psychology, Heuristics Study & Risk Analytics of life within a Vault. After the Great War, Its remnants were repurposed under the Norfolk Enclave as its primary Scientific Sector. Today the Initiative is under the lead of Secretary of State & Chairman Dr. Henry Charlton Cade.

Our Cabinet

The leadership of the enclave is made up of two entities

The United States Cabinet, which has executive powers over the Enclave as a whole, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff, which has direct powers over the personnel of the Enclave. The cabinet is subdivided into three sections, the Quadrumvirate of the Enclave, the Executive Attendees, and the Non-Executive Attendees. The Quadrumvirate of the Enclave are four in number, and they consist of the very highest echelons of leadership in the United States. The Executive Attendees are five in number, and they consist of the various officials that govern the United States. The Non-Executive Attendees serve to assist the Executives with various duties. The President and his cabinet oversee the enclave on an executive level and each cabinet member controls a respective section of it.

Johnathan Lincoln Swedenborg-Hearst af. Norfolk, 1st Marquis Swedenborg of Norfolk-Sveden (5 July 2031 - 10 September 2053), Styled The Hon. Emanuel Jonatan Swedenborg-Hearst between 2031 and 2072, and 5th Baron Sveden between 2072 and 2077, commonly known as President John L. Swedenborg, is the President of The United States and Supreme Commander of the Enclave Expeditionary Forces. Born July 5, 2031, into Swedish-American nobility, he was a naval prodigy before a terminal 2053 infection led to his mind being uploaded into a "Lazarus" synthetic body. This preservation granted him functional immortality but resulted in Post-Human Disintegration Disorder, manifesting as an amoral internal "Voice" that guides his increasingly Machiavellian leadership. Don Armando James de Alvarado y Tobias (1 June 2057 - 21 March 2072) commonly known as Vice President Armando de Alvarado, is the Vice President of the United States of America. Born June 21, 2057, in Chicago, his early life was shaped by exposure to advanced RobCo technology, leading to a formative plasma weapon accident causing severe facial scaring around his left eye. Following the event, he was relocated to a clandestine Enclave facility beneath Lake Michigan, where he was eventually recruited into the specialized "Project Lazarus." Alvarado is a synthetic-integrated human who was remade synthetically by the Enclave, following his 2072 heart failure. A witness to the 2077 destruction of Chicago, he remained loyal to the Enclave through decades of collapse, eventually migrating to Appalachia. Standing 6'0" with a dapper, formal appearance, he is an expert in serum and ammunition manufacturing. Koan James von der Jäger, 1st Count Jäger of the Hunt (born 8 February 2084) commonly known as Secretary Koan J. Jäger, is a high-ranking military strategist and key diplomatic figure within the Enclave Expeditionary Force. Born February 8, 2084, at an Enclave installation in West Virginia, he was raised by parents with distinguished service records—a Staff Sergeant and a Lance Corporal—who personally oversaw his tactical education from childhood. This early immersion in Enclave doctrine allowed him to develop advanced skills in strategic planning and leadership before formally enlisting at age 20. Standing 6’2” with a lean build, jet-black hair, and steel-colored eyes, von der Jäger currently serves as the United States Secretary of State. Despite a 2102 demotion and stint in a penal battalion following a high-profile brawl, his trajectory shifted during the Appalachian Reclamation Campaign. Sean Connor O'Malley de Béxar, 1st Count O'Malley of Béxar (born 12 April 2042) commonly known as General O'Malley, is a pre-war combat veteran and high-ranking military official currently serving as the Commandant of the Marine Corps within the Enclave forces. Born in San Antonio, Texas, O’Malley earned the callsign "Radiant" for his service during the Great War before retiring to a homestead near West Virginia. Following the nuclear exchange, O’Malley and his wife underwent a necrotic post-human transformation, becoming ghouls; O'Malley survived the loss of his daughter and the subsequent mercy-killing of his wife after she succumbed to feral degeneration. Avery Iris Davidson (born 26 February 2061) commonly known as General Davidson, is the Director of Un-American Affairs within the Enclave, specializing in ideological compliance and internal governance. Born into the Enclave’s second-generation continuity program, she was educated at the Civic Intelligence Academy with a focus on narrative reconstruction and predictive dissent modeling. Davidson rose through the ranks of Cultural Stabilization and Internal Compliance, gaining a reputation for "precision governance" by neutralizing resistance through structural realignment and media control rather than kinetic force. Richard Douglas Fogerty (born 5 November 2056) commonly known as Director Fogerty, is a high-ranking intelligence official and the Director of Federal Intelligence within the Enclave, frequently operating under the callsign "Rook." Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Fogerty’s pre-war career included service with the Narragansett Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Drugs, Tobacco, Firearms, and Lasers, where he specialized in deep undercover operations. A master of disguise, espionage, and psychological warfare, he was recruited by the Enclave to orchestrate clandestine missions that bridge tactical brilliance with extreme moral ambiguity. Known as "El Diablo" among wasteland factions, Fogerty serves as a primary advisor to President Swedenborg and as the Executor for the Richard Latimer Order for Valor. Born in Control Station ENCLAVE, he was raised as a member of the executive elite and underwent rigorous military training from age seven. During a scouting mission at age fifteen, Meridius was captured and subjected to biological experimentation by Hubologists; the resulting mutations granted him enhanced reflexes and regenerative healing, though they also led to his social alienation and "Geist" moniker within the purist Enclave hierarchy. Elias Edward von Frost-Sandau, 1st Baron of Longhorn (born 25 October 2045) commonly known as Assistant Secretary Elias Frost, is a Marine Corps veteran and enlistee within the Enclave Expeditionary Forces, serving as a specialist in two-handed rifles and explosives. Born in Missoula, Montana, Frost spent his youth as a ranch hand before enlisting in the United States Marine Corps at age eighteen. Following basic training at Parris Island, he was stationed at Marine Corps Base Quantico. During the onset of the Great War, Frost was selected for a nearby vault installation, where he remained in cryogenic stasis for several decades. Silas do Céu Carreira (born C. 2070) commonly known as General Carreira, is a Lieutenant General within the Enclave and the Commander of the Cyberspace Command, recognized as the organization’s foremost authority on advanced programming and electronic warfare. Despite a classified pre-Enclave history as a high-level Raider operative, Carreira was recruited for his unparalleled technical skills in hacking and systems architecture. Their most significant contribution to national security is the creation of L.A.T.I.M.E.R, a sophisticated computational entity designed to enhance Enclave operational efficiency and strategic forecasting. As the head of Cyberspace Command, Carreira oversees the protection of Enclave network integrity and the execution of offensive digital operations against hostile factions. Their record remains heavily redacted by presidential decree, emphasizing their role as a critical but sensitive asset within the federal hierarchy. 4th Special Advisor to the President of the United States

Douglas MacArthur III (born 9 January 2038) commonly known as Douglas MacArthur, is a veteran Command Sergeant Major and former Senior Paladin of the Brotherhood of Steel currently serving within the Enclave Expeditionary Forces. Born into a military lineage, MacArthur enlisted in the U.S. Army at seventeen, distinguishing himself in the 5th Power Armor Division during the Battle of Anchorage. Following the Great War, he joined Roger Maxson’s exodus to Lost Hills, where his experience earned him the title of Sentinel. He was later deployed to Appalachia as an advisor to Elizabeth Taggerdy, though conflicting strategic views led to his detachment from the Brotherhood prior to its regional collapse. Following the reclamation of West Virginia, he responded to an Enclave transmission from Norfolk in 2104, where his technical and tactical proficiency led to a rapid ascent through the military and intelligence ranks. Keetz's career is marked by significant leadership roles, including tenure as the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2105 and an appointment as the Provost Marshal of the Marine Corps in 2106. In 2108, he assumed command of the Bureau of Un-American Affairs, overseeing ideological purity and internal security. Moved to the role of Special Advisor in 2109, he remains a key architect of the Enclave’s domestic stability and institutional preservation.

Henry Charlton Cade-Swedenborg, 1st Baron Cade of Sveden (born Henry Charlton Cade; 15 July 2069) commonly known as Henry Cade, is a senior statesman and political strategist within the Enclave Expeditionary Forces. Born in 2069 and raised as a ward of President John Lincoln Swedenborg, Cade was indoctrinated into the Enclave’s internal power structures from early childhood. Known for his ruthless ambition and tactical precision, he ascended to the position of Secretary of State, where he became a primary architect of the Enclave Science Agency’s D.H.E.R.A. Initiative. Operating under the moniker "The Black Lion" of the Norfolk Enclave, Cade is characterized by his uncompromising approach to geopolitical stability and the systematic removal of perceived threats to institutional authority. His tenure is defined by a "chess-like" manipulation of wasteland territories, prioritizing Enclave hegemony and scientific advancement. As the 1st Baron Cade of Sveden, he remains a central figure in the Enclave’s administrative and ideological expansion. Assuming the role of Assistant and Chief of Staff to the President in 2110, he remains a key player in the Enclave’s ambitious agenda.

Our Chiefs

The leadership of the enclave is made up of two entities

The Presidential Cabinet, which has executive powers over the Enclave as a whole, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff, which has direct powers over the personnel of the Enclave. The Joint Chiefs of Staff consists of around seven members. The Joint Chiefs of Staff oversee the uniformed personnel of The Enclave on an direct level. Two seats are taken up by every platform, the Commandants-of-Arms, and Vice Commandants-of-Arms. As well as the Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, the Chairman of the Federal Reserve, and lastly the Commandant of The Marine Corps, the highest military officer in the Enclave.
