We are The Enclave Expeditionary Forces or EEF, a military roleplay group themed after the Reformer enclave of the Fallout game franchise. We are mainly based in the game Fallout 76 and our main hub of communications is located in our Discord server. The EEF's Discord server has a fleshed-out rank system modeled after the real-life united states marine corps. Members are organized into units to create a formidable and highly organized fighting force, the U.S. Marine Corps or USMC. Our community also features a powerful member-run moderator branch, they keep our member base safe from hackers, raiders, and nukers. This is the Defense Intelligence Agency or DIA. More information regarding the EEF's respective branches can be found under their respective sections. The EEF's member base consists of people from many different parts of the world, each member possessing their respective set of skills and of course a great interest in fallout! ENLISTMENT STEP 1. Joining our server
To start Enlistment within the Enclave, you will have to join our Discord server through the button below, once inside our server, steps 2-7 follow. ALTHOUGH TO START, WE WOULD ADVISE YOU TO READ ABOUT THE EEF ON THIS WEBSITE
ENLISTMENT STEP 2. Verification
Once inside the server's atrium, you will have to verify your account within 30 minutes of joining. To verify, you will head to the channel named #Verify-Here verification is done by completing a Captcha. Failing to verify within 30 minutes will automatically kick you from the server.
ENLISTMENT STEP 3. SCREENING
after completing steps 1 and 2 you will be able to open a ticket in the channel named #Screening, once inside the ticket you will be required to fill out a Questionnaire detailing how you found the EEF and what intentions you have through joining. A valid questionnaire answer requires the answers to all included questions. Once you have applied for membership one of our Staff members will tend to your case as soon as possible.
ENLISTMENT STEP 4. Welcome in!
After being let in by one of our admins or moderators you will receive the temporary rank of E-0 Marine Corps Recruit. After being let in you will be greeted with a message from our very own AI, C.O.E.U.S. In this message, you will find the instructions on how to continue your enlistment procedure in the USMC.
ENLISTMENT STEP 5. Recruit to PVT
After receiving the temporary rank of E-0 Marine Corps Recruit and being greeted by our members you will have to carry out the recruit duty before being able to rank up further through various missions and events. To complete the recruit duty you will have to create your EEF Roleplay character biography, to do this, follow the instructions sent in the message from C.O.E.U.S. They will take you to the #Biographies and #lore-guide channels where you are to follow the guide to create your character biography.

The United states marine corps is an organized military fighting force. We feature a highly realistic ranking structure all the way from PVT E-1 to GEN O-10! To create an organized and disciplined fighting force, each soldier in our ranks is sorted into a battalion depending on their platform. Each Battalion is headed by a general who possesses the title of Commandant-of-Arms, the commandants are assisted by their vice commandants and Battalion chiefs of Logistics. The Marine Corps operates in various types of military activities, these are realized in the game Fallout 76, whether it is highly organized operations or more casual War-games we can all gain something from working together in the field! to rise above the common wasters and scavengers takes time and effort. CHAIN OF COMMAND
The Chain of command of the United States Marine Corps is made up of five entities, the commander-in-chief and Vice Commander-in-chief being the president and vice president. The Secretary of Defense is the executive chief of all armed personnel, underneath the Secretary of Defense is Committee of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, made up of the three Battalion commandants, the Battalion Vice Commandants, the chiefs of Battalion Logistics and the Commandant of The Marine Corps.

THE ENLISTED PERSONNEL, OFTEN REFERRED TO AS "THE BACKBONE OF THE USMC" DUE TO THEIR LARGE NUMBERS.
THE PERSONNEL OF THESE RANKS WILL MAKE UP THE MAJORITY OF THE ENCLAVE'S FIGHTING FORCE. THE ENLISTED PERSONNEL ARE PARTED INTO THREE MAJOR SECTION, THE LOWER ENLISTED RANKS, PVT E-1 to LCPL E-3, THE NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS CPL E-4 to SGT E-5, AND THE SENIOR NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS, SSG E-6 TO SMMC E-12. The Marine Corps Military Police (MCMP) is a highly organized governmental body. Each Officer of The MCMP, no matter their rank, has their areas of expertise and their responsibilities towards the EEF. The MCMP is led by the Marine Corps Provost Marshal General, The Commandant of The MCMP and The Commandant of The Marine Corps. Military Police has many areas of specialization, among them moderation, security advising and management of inactive personnel. The Marine Corps Military Police exists to ensure the security and peace of the EEF today and tomorrow! THE STRIKE SYSTEM
THE Marine Corps Military Police is tasked with many areas of the EEF's security, not least of which is the internal security of the Enclave itself. To accomplish this in reality the MCMP tasks its Officers with peacekeeping and law enforcement, said Officers enforce violations of the EEF's codex of conduct according to the system below.

DEFENSE READINESS CONDITIOn
The Defense Readiness Condition Act or DEFCON is a system instated to ensure a safer future in the United States, The system's purpose is for the leadership of the EEF to be able to regulate the defense readiness and security level of the Enclave. The system has five levels, Defcon one being imminent conflict and Defcon five being normal operations. Using this system, MCMP Personnel can, if needed, bypass the strike system to preserve the community and its order during Defcon three or higher.

PRESIDENTIAL CABINET DOSSIER
The leadership of the enclave is made up of two entities, The Presidential Cabinet, which has executive powers over the Enclave as a whole, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff, which has direct powers over the personnel of the Enclave. The cabinet consists of a maximum of nine members who possess administrator privileges. The President and his cabinet oversee the enclave on an executive level and each cabinet member controls a respective section of it. The Joint Chiefs of Staff consists of various leaders within the Enclaves branches.

PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
John L. Swedenborg was a career-military man before the war, born in 2043, he was raised by parents with jobs high up in the government echelons. As a child he was obsessed with history and strategy, gaining a reputation as a child prodigy. He graduated from The Naval Academy at 20 and was bound to become the youngest Vice Admiral ever appointed at the age of 30. Swedenborg is a pinnacle of human development, John Swedenborg's body died long before the war, from the New Plague. Though his mind survived, transferred to a robotic body by The Enclave. Swedenborg was the Enclave's perfect creation, a handmade man. After driving out the remnants of the Chinese fleet from the Atlantic sea in late 2077, now Admiral Swedenborg would lead his men through the carnage of the war towards the Norfolk Naval Station. It was there that they founded the EEF and he was named President of The United States.
DOUGLAS "THE MARINE" MACARTHUR III
VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
Douglas MacArthur the third was born into the military by his father Arthur MacArthur. By the time he had turned seventeen he was already enlisted the US army, hating communists through and through he was called upon for the defense of the great united states, he was sent to Anchorage Alaska. Soon he would become a war hero. MacArthur was serving as riot control in california when bombs came and joined Maxson, traveling to the lost hills. Eventually MacArthur was transfered to west Virginia to watch over and guide taggerdy, a quest that ended in the destruction of the West Virginian brotherhood, after years of searching for a purpose he once again heard the calling of America and took up arms in the name of the America. This time as Vice President to the new United States.

SECRETARY OF DEFENSE
Born in Ontario after the bombs fell to a family that had served in the occupation of Canada, Wayne E. Tycho III was raised as a survivalist with an appreciation for learning. After his mother passed he crossed Lake Erie to Pennsylvania together with his father. They would take up residence in a small community of settlers. Shortly there after, the community would come under attack by raiders, severing Tycho from his new family. Secluding himself in a library, he spent some years reading whatever history books were still intact. Driven by these stories of the past, the young man abandoned his seclusion and made his way south toward Norfolk where he eventually came into contact with the Enclave Expeditionary Forces. From there, his career was spring boarded to the lofty heights he's found himself in now. First promoted to officer and soon enough he would be named Secretary of Defense.

Iris was born on August 19th 2074. The younger sister of Paladin Leila Rahmani, Iris is one of the only Survivors of their family. On the Day of October 23, 2077 her life changed forever. Iris’ sister Leila was deployed with her National Guard unit at the time so she wasn’t around very much, this included the day the Great War began. She was rushed to the local fallout shelter where she spent a couple of years until she was saved by a Brotherhood Knight and chose to join their cause. There she served numerous years until she realized the Brotherhood and her sisters ideology was wrong, selfish and corrupt. In fact she harbored hate for Leila, for not being there for their family. She soon left her Chapter of the Brotherhood known as the Remnants of Steel. Then she headed east where she came into contact with the Enclave Expeditionary Forces, shortly there after, she would reach high into the groups leadership.

SECRETARY OF STATE
Born in D.C. to a wealthy family of industrialists who originally migrated from England, Kingsley spent his youth pampered and well educated, however craving adventure he enrolled in a military academy where he met and became close friends with the young and charismatic, John Lincoln Swedenborg. After education, he began military service, with a commission, and a word from Swedenborg's family, he was given a comfy posting near the capitol far from the war. Quickly developing a special enthusiasm for using Power Armour. By mid October 2077, in preparation for the inevitable he was stationed in Appalachia and on the the 23rd, during an early morning private tour of Vault 76 to inspect its facilities, The Great War erupted, trapping Kingsley inside the vault for the next 25 years. After establishing contact with the Enclave in Norfolk, he once again took up arms together with his old friend.
LT. GEN. MARKUS J. KEETZ
PROVOST MARSHAL GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS
Born before the bombs dropped, LT. GEN. Keetz grew up as yet another other child of Vault 76. He excelled at the training offered to him by an old vault dweller who had been a member of the secret service before the war. When the door opened, he worked hard to make West Virginia safe again using his newfound skills. When Keetz encountered a transmission from Norfolk in late 2104, he made his way to the Naval Base, and proved his skills. Mr Keetz quickly rose through the ranks, serving as DIA Director during 2105. Lt. Gen. Keetz would become the Provost Marshal General of The Marine Corps upon presidential request in 2106. He now commands the Marine Corps Military Police and oversees The Marine Corrections Program.

Born before the bombs dropped Joshua enlisted in HMS navy, His mission: to safeguard America from the CCP threat. As he stood stationed off the DC coasts he bombs struck, annihilating his fleet, but he miraculously survived, washed ashore irradiated and ghoulified. Gradually journeying westward, he intercepted the EEF's radio broadcasts appealing for recruits to rebuild the nation. Drawing upon his prewar military and naval expertise to good use, he rapidly ascended the hierarchy gaining recognition as a valuable asset within the EEF and as a trusted friend of the president. Soon Mr Pasty would become a member of the Presidential Cabinet, serving as the presidents personal secretary, presidential chief of staff. Mr Pasty has had extensive advanced skin transplant surgery, vocal cord treatment and often wears a prosthetic nose, all to appear more human. He now serves as the presidents closest trustee.
